Garden Reach INS Kadmatt Advanced Degaussing Compass System

INS Kadmatt commissioning ceremony 5The John Lilley and Gillie service department has recently completed the HATS and SATS for INS Kadmatt; this anti-submarine vessel was built by Garden Reach Shipbuilders who are located in Kolkata.  

The system setup comprises of a degaussing compass utilising our top of the range core product the SR4 compass.

Both our compass adjuster and our service engineer recently returned from Kolkata after successfully completing the Sea Trials for the degaussing system.

The primary function of the INS Kadmatt is to ensure the protection of other vessels whilst either in a convoy or at port. 

Everyone at Lilley and Gillie would like to thank GRSE for their support and we hope that we can continue working together for many years to come.

2016 SMM

SMM has come to a close.

SMM is the biggest maritime show in the entire world, and we are honoured to be a part of it, and to share the experience with all other nations attending.

We first exhibited in 2004 and have been attending ever since.
